1st Feed My Starving Children Ministry Trip

7th through High School Students will be going to Feed My Starving Children warehouse located at 555 Exchange Court, Aurora, IL. Our group is schedules to pack food from 9:00-11:00. There will be a permission slip going home a few weeks before this field trip date. We will need to know who is going on this ministry field trip a week in advance as we need to register who will be packing food that day. Those planning on going to FMSC to pack food will need to remember that they cannot be sick, they will need to wear comfortable clothes and shoes, not to wear jewelry, and be prepared to wear a provided hairnet. We can provide transportation to many, but not be able to provide transportation to all of the 7th grade – High School students. Therefore we will need help from parents with transportation. The tenative plan is to meet at school at 7:30 am and to eat lunch out before returning to school at 1:30pm. Please be prepared to bring money to go out to lunch that day or bring a sack lunch and drink. We will also need parents to help with chaperoning students while there at the warehouse as we pack food for those in need around the world. This is a wonderful opprotunity to minister to those in such great need. We try to raise a gift of money through out the whole school several weeks before going on this ministry field trip to help off-set the cost of making and shipping food around the world. We take this money up to FMSC warehouse on the day of the field trip.
